Makeup Artist Gray Galloway’s Favourite Products From Rihanna's Fenty Beauty Line

Does Rihanna's Fenty Beauty line live up to its hype?

Fenty Beauty is quite literally at eyes view and arms reach of everyone and anyone who knows what makeup is, and for good reason. My opinions might be a little late to the table but Rihanna is forever serving.

I tuned into the Fenty Beauty launch live stream in hopes of a closer look and the line (and Ri!) before stores opened. This brand has something for everyone. Rihanna is thinking of you, me, your best friend and your mum! A girl on a budget was finding it seriously hard deciding what to purchase considering such a massive range of products. As soon as I saw Rihanna’s Blonde Shimmer Skinstick X Trophy Wife Killawatt combo and not to forget Gloss Bomb, especially after seeing it in last years Fenty Puma show, I added them to my cart, checked out and sat at my front door for a week and a bit.

Trophy Wife Killawatt

This tiniest touch of brush on powder gives the most insane glow. The yellow gold colour is like nothing I’ve seen! The colour is probably not for everyone but if you are looking for something different then yes and looks incredible on deeper skin tones. If you mix a little with some face mist is makes for an super cool liner too.

Matchstix

Highlight, blush and bronze. Those who know me know I love anything that can be used for everything. Such a cool colour range and look so groovy as lipstick! The only thing I didn’t love was how much they creased on the eyes but I'm working on it!

Gloss Bomb

Okay, everyone stop. Never have I ever seen a coloured gloss that looks so good on every single skin tone, hydrates without being sticky, smells amazing, pulls off an XXL wand with out excess product and makes you feel cool using it. Fenty Glow. You need it.

Rihanna shares an inside look at the making of her beauty line, which she was inspired to create after years of experimenting with the best-of-the-best in beauty-and still seeing a void in the industry for products that performed across all skin types and tones.
