A COMBINATION OF MAGNOLIA, GRASS AND SUNSHINE

A little back-story about the fragrance: Celine Roux, Vice President of Global Fragrance Development for Jo Malone London was inspired by star magnolia trees in a park in Shanghai. And the nose behind this fragrance is master perfumer Anne Flipo, who extends the essence of the blossoms from the star magnolias into a timeless bespoke fragrance.

Magnolias smell fantastic on clear spring days. Fragrance-wise they are much more appealing than other white flowers and they naturally have a citrus accent that comes with a whole lot of freshness.  This cologne glorifies the crispness of sunny winter days with its zesty white notes. I love wearing this cologne in the morning right after a warm shower followed by a light spritz mid-afternoon to refresh my day.
Not to mention, the bottle is absolutely stunning! Delicate white petals around the creamy white topper. The Star Magnolia also makes a wonderful wedding scent or a bridal gift.

A very likeable fragrance, indeed.

Released in April 17. Only a few bottles are still available at Bergdorf and Goodman.
