Auckland music festival, St Jeromes Laneway, had a mix of RNB star Jorja Smith (one of UK’s coolest) and headliner Florence and the Machine (looking eternally ethereal with trademark red locks and in flowing pastel silk FYI) was perfect. Monday’s festival was as hot as this weeks heat wave.
So how does Auckland do festival style?
Think “eclectic” (a word used all to often in fashion circles) but theres no doubt this is the adjective du jour for days such as this. There were plenty of the all important denim cut offs paired with delicate tops, Hawaiian party shirts and fruity colours. Completing most looks were festival staple, Dr Martens in plenty of iterations with their take on the gladiator sandals.
