Soleil Blanc by Tom Ford is your ticket to smelling like you’ve been living on a private island
I’ll be honest. At first, I didn’t like the fragrance. My initial reaction was "it smells like pina colada". But I was wrong. Soleil Blanc is floral, yes, sweet, yes, but it’s so much more. It's a lot more sophisticated once the sandalwood and amber settles in. The first whiff is sweet and floral but then it gets deep, and very sexy. It’s sensuous, indulgent but also friendly and warm. The fragrance can be worn day and night, but it is best experienced on a warm balmy night.
I can imagine myself wearing it after spending the day on a super-yacht (one can dream), wearing a Matteau one-piece with a silk kaftan draped over it. Drinking Tasmanian Rain water.
Here are some unusual ways that would best describe this scent:
Person: Catherine Deveuve or even Emma Stone
Place: Eze, charming hilltop town on the Cote d’Azur
Song: Je T’aime by Jane Birkin
